Assign a licenseįrom the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard, hover over the Gear icon in the upper-right corner > My Account > Licensing.

The Nextiva App is a great resource for business users to manage their unified communications solutions. Please skip to Step 2 below to install the latest version (22.9.31) of the Nextiva Desktop Application. Users who do not update their app will experience difficulties signing into the app, and errors while using it.
Support Alert: To maintain Nextiva’s security and technology standards, all users will be required to update their Nextiva Desktop app before April 21st, 2022.
